Chris Passmore, Managing Director and Principal Advisor
After a degree in Systems and Management Chris Passmore started work in the Royal Navy as a Seaman Officer navigating and managing warships both in the Gulf and enforcing the Common Fisheries Policy around the UK.
Chris then joined the printing industry and undertook a number of client support, production, sales and marketing roles. He then moved in to Human Resources in the 1990’s to lead a significant change management program which included Health and safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management. His most recent role before setting up 2SB was as Human Resources and Quality Director of Patersons.
Chris is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Kent Branch Committee.
