Chris Passmore, Managing Director and Principal Advisor

After a degree in Systems and Management Chris Passmore started work in the Royal Navy as a Seaman Officer navigating and managing warships both in the Gulf and enforcing the Common Fisheries Policy around the UK.

Chris then joined the printing industry and undertook a number of client support, production, sales and marketing roles. He then moved in to Human Resources in the 1990’s to lead a significant change management program which included Health and safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management. His most recent role before setting up 2SB was as Human Resources and Quality Director of Patersons.

Chris is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Kent Branch Committee.

2SB are supports of the 'Morning Star' 62' Gaff, which is a charitable trust that offers a 'team building' experience on-board a fully equipped tall ship for young people and organisations. 

The main reason being the similarity of sailing to running a business.  You won't get anywhere on the open seas, unless you have a captain leading the team, who is prepared to take the lead and work together with the crew to reach the final destination.  2SB would like to help you reach your destination and help you enjoy the journey at the same time.
