Over the past few years Labelnet has been asked by a number of larger client whether we have got ISO Certification to give them the confidence that they are trading with a reputable and well run business.
We initially did ISO 9001 with an organisation which said that we would get accredited certification. Their training was not very structured and at the end we were very disappointed and frustrated to discover that our certificate was not UKAS accredited. This subsequently became a problem for a few of our clients and we knew we needed to get a properly certified ISO System.
We contacted Chris of 2SB Management Systems and together with his colleague Lucy over 6 months they helped us not only get our ISO 9001 “UKAS accredited” but also extended it to cover ISO 14001 too, using the UKAS accredited Certification Body ISOQAR.
The process they took us through was quite rigorous but fair, explaining the requirements of the standard at every step and this has produced a much better platform for us to manage further improvement of our systems within the structure of UKAS accreditation.
Chris and Lucy were helpful, positive and determined to help us achieve our objectives and I would recommend them to anyone else caught up in the web of non UKAS Accredited Certification.
