Introduction

Sync, a leading UK-based technology solutions provider, specialises in facilitating the adoption, deployment, and ongoing use of Apple technology for organisations across the country. Their comprehensive suite of services includes the provision of hardware, software, and finance solutions, as well as installations, training, technical support, and repairs.

Despite the evolution of technology and deployment practices since their inception, Sync’s core approach remains unchanged: delivering customer-centric solutions via a consultancy-led approach. Their mission is to drive progress and support UK schools and businesses in their technological journey.

As they began to tender for significant framework agreements, and as part of their commitment to delivering high-quality, customer focused solutions, Sync recognised the need for an integrated management system encompassing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.. This enabled the business to manage multiple ISO standards through a single, coordinated framework, bringing together quality, environmental management and information security.

The pursuit of these certifications was a significant endeavour, and twoSB were selected from a range of potential consultancies to guide Sync through this ambitious project.

Approach and Implementation

twoSB provided a tailored implementation for Sync, combining both remote and in-person sessions, leveraging our extensive experience in delivering triple-standard implementations. Alongside quality (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001), the company decided to pursue ISO 14001 implementation to ensure environmental management was embedded into existing business processes without creating unnecessary complexity.
