The challenge of creating the simplest and most effective management systems is what drives Jon to find continual improvement in his work. He believes that management systems should fit closely alongside an organisations business activities to deliver strength and consistency to processes, rather than creating needless paperwork. He works in a range of industries from tech to manufacturing both in the UK and internationally.
Jon graduated from Bristol University with a first-class degree in Civil Engineering, during which time he received sponsorship and work experience with Skanska. A varied career in management roles led him to 2SB where he now supports organisations in a range of ISO standards. Feeling equally at home delivering information security implementations in startups as quality and environmental management systems in fast-growth advanced materials companies, Jon is able to quickly assimilate with a culture and create fit-for-scale systems.
Jon has achieved qualifications as an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Construction Health & Safety and completed the EMS Transition training course. He has just completed an Executive MBA at Cranfield University (2021) in between completing consultancy services.
