Hughes Pumps keep up the pressure.
Hughes Pumps, who design and manufacturer high pressure water jetting equipment for a wide range of commercial applications, have successfully completed a further external 9001 surveillance with the assistance of 2SB Management Systems.

“Having a UKAS accredited ISO 9001 system is essential due to over 80% of our pumps being exported.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed a new consultant to assist us and Chris Passmore of 2SB came on board in June. He picked up our previous assessor’s system and through both face-to-face visits and remote meetings got us ready for a very satisfactory external remote audit by ISOQAR in August.
Chris has also helped us to better integrate the requirements of ISO 9001 into our daily processes which will support continual improvement.”
