2SB was started by Chris Passmore in 2006 when, after making himself redundant as the HR and Quality Director of a medium size print business, he continued to look after their quality environmental ISO management systems. Realising that other businesses also needed practical help looking after their UKAS accredited ISO systems, he undertook the necessary additional professional training to provide a "one stop" integrated systems consultancy for SMEs. Chris also took on FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody Consultancy.

With demand growing for environmental consultancy, Chris needed help to look after an increasing number of environmental legal registers and was joined by Lucy in 2013. Lucy, who after further training including an MSC in Environmental Science at Brunel University as well H&S and HR qualifications, supported Chris in providing a growing customer base with a broader perspective on the options that they face.

In 2016, Jon, impressed with what Chris had created, joined the business and after the relevant training quickly showed that he had the aptitude for management systems consultancy and has taken on a key leadership role in further developing the business.

With the growing need for Information Security and Business Continuity Management support in 2019, we have been joined by Grant Gray an experienced IT professional.

2SB have been providing consultancy and support services to businesses for over 16 years.

We have worked with companies across the South East and London, from Ipswich to Southampton, with employees ranging from one to 1,000.

We are a small but highly specialist team who have designed and implemented management systems for various companies across the service, manufacturing, engineering, design, software, charity and healthcare sectors.
