Kuflink leverages Confluence to build a streamlined management system

Kuflink is a peer to peer platform and an award-winning bridging lender. Their purpose is to connect people to financial freedom. 
 
Kuflink was looking to engage a consultancy to conduct the internal auditing of their ISO 27001 management system prior to an external audit from a UKAS accredited certification body. 
 
Following their initial internal audit which provided a basic GAP analysis, Kuflink engaged 2SB to address some of the key issues raised, to enhance their management system, and to provide guidance on configuring Confluence, Jira, Microsoft 365 and other tools to build a business integrated management system. 
 
Kuflink reported that the system added extensive benefits to other areas of compliance and helped simplify operations using powerful tech tools normally only used by their tech teams. “Compliance throughout the business, not just information security, has improved. Staff are now engaged in the process of improving security and are actively participating in improving our policies,” says Rawinder Binning, Director of Compliance and CASS Oversight.
